Our Mission
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our fervent dedication stems from the transformative power of physical therapy.
Physical therapy isn't just about treating injuries; it's about reclaiming your life, your freedom, and your joy.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or striving for peak performance, our personalized approach empowers you to overcome obstacles and embrace a life of progressional wellness and possibility. Let us be your hands on partners on this journey to holistic wellness, guiding you every step of the way towards a thriving future.
PEDIATRIC CARE
Partnering with local professionals in pediatric medicine and lactation, our pediatric program helps infants and their parents with a variety of early developmental and orthopedic issues including; torticollis, plagiocephaly (flat head), delays in motor development, congenital and birth deformities of the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and other congenital malformations involving the musculoskeletal system. Sleep, feeding, digestion, positioning, play, and proper neurological development call all be impacted by these orthopedic conditions.
Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience working with infants and all of our therapists have children of their own (including multiples) and understand the concerns parents have about the healthy development of their little ones. It is a joy to work with parents and little ones.
Toddlers and children
Our staff enjoy working with children with a variety of orthopedic and developmental concerns. While we are not exclusively a pediatric practice, each of our therapists are comfortable and qualified to work with your little ones. It is a joy to have them in the office with us. Call to speak with one of our therapists if you have specific questions about pediatric conditions we treat. We do not do custom splinting or casting.
Frequently Asked Questions
We accept nearly all PPO insurances and Medicare for physical therapy services. We do not have any HMO contracts. Please call our friendly office staff if you are unsure about your heath insurance coverage. Our wonderful staff will do all they can to help you understand your health insurance benefits and level of coverage for physical therapy services. Most of our patients will be referred by their primary care doctor. Many of our patients will contact us directly.
Most insurances allow you to begin care with your physical therapist without a physician’s referral. If you are on Medicare you can begin care with us ASAP and obtain a referral from your primary care doctor within 30 days.
We accept cash pay patients. An examination is $150 and follow up visits are $75 each. We do accept Med Pay from most auto insurances. We will work with lien payments and certain law offices on a case by case basis.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
Some of our Physical Therapists are trained in Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) to increase strength, muscle mass, and improve cardiovascular health. BFRT is an innovative therapy that has
been proven to prevent atrophy after injury or surgery. Age related loss of muscle mass (sarcopenia) has been reversed utilizing BRF. Treatments consist of low resistance training to targeted muscles while applying intermittent restricted blood flow using a pneumatic tourniquet.
Blood Flow Restriction Training is a widely studied and a relatively low risk procedure used in rehab and human performance settings to maximize strength and quickly recover function. Traditionally strength gains were achieved by working with heavy weights (70% of max and above). BFR allows similar gains in strength and muscle mass while working with low resistance and light weights traditionally used in a rehab setting (20-40% of max). This allows an untrained or injured individual to experience many of the benefits of heavy exercise while only using light weights.
Cupping and Laser Therapy
We have invested in a class 4 therapeutic laser from Summus Medical Lasers and our staff is trained in skilled application of myofascial decompression therapy (aka cupping) to treat acute and chronic conditions.

ABOUT US
Dr. Robert Pauline, DPT, OCS and wife Katie Pauline
I am a home grown Central Valley guy and my wife was raised here too. I am a so blessed to have been married to my sweetheart, Katie, for 22 years now. We have been blessed with 5 wonderful children.
I graduated from Clovis High School in 1997 and completed my Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2007 at CSU Fresno. After practicing for 7 years I decided to go back to school to get my doctorate degree. I completed an additional 18 months of rigorous training to complete my doctorate degree with an emphasis in orthopedics. Katie and I decided to open our own practice in August of 2014. She is an incredible behind the scenes support to the practice. I couldn’t do it without her. I love what I do and enjoy going to work every day.
I am motivated and strengthened every day by my loving family and my faith.
